On January 18th, Jess Kav steps into a new chapter, taking the stage for her first-ever performance as a solo artist, fresh from a sold-out run of her show "Fermented Dreams" at the Dublin Fringe 2024.
Unveiling an album’s worth of new music, along with one or two familiar surprises to keep fans on their toes, the evening promises a deep dive into the themes that define Kav’s songwriting—hope, chaos, rage, healing, and humour. Known for her ability to balance vulnerability with commanding intensity, Kav’s artistry draws comparisons to Etta James and Lauryn Hill, with a splash of Bjork. Very importantly, it’s her birthday! She’ll be joined onstage with Louis Younge and Korey (Bricknasty), Geoff Warner Clayton (Gavin James) and Finn O’Reilly (Left Iris).
